The systems of the COMBIMASS® series are used for flow rate measurement of gases for various applications in all kind of industries, including chemical and process industry.
The measuring principle of COMBIMASS® flow meters is based on thermal dispersion technologie. Thus the measuring systems enable direct measurement of the normal volumetric flow or gas mass flow, unaffected by pressure and temperature fluctuations. Various basic modules can be combined with different sensors in any manner. With COMBIMASS® you can assemble your gas flow meter individually according to your specific application.
